We are looking for a sharp Fulfillment Specialist to anchor our operations team in the Pooler/Ellabell region. As we hit our mid-quarter production peak, you will be the "air traffic control" for our logistics—bridging the gap between our sales department, 3PL partners, and the warehouse floor to ensure zero shipment delays.
What You’ll Do:
- Order Flow: Oversee the lifecycle of open orders and prepare them for final fulfillment review.
- Logistics Coordination: Organize LTL and parcel shipments by maintaining constant contact with carriers and 3PL providers.
- Real-Time Tracking: Own the visibility dashboards, proactively identifying and solving shipment exceptions before they become issues.
- Data Integrity: Handle Receipt of Goods (ROG) entries and track vendor reliability via performance scorecards.
- Internal Liaison: Partner with Sales to provide accurate updates on order status and delivery timelines.
- Hands-on experience with ERP software (SAGE 100 experience is a major plus).
- Solid background in LTL shipping and navigating TMS tools.
- Tech-fluency in both Mac and Windows ecosystems.
- A "find a way" attitude with the ability to juggle shifting priorities in a high-volume distribution hub.
