My client is looking for a Guest Services Coordinator to be the "Face of the Firm" at our Alpharetta headquarters. Who You Are

- Professional & Polished: You have 1–2 years of reception or high-end hospitality experience in a professional corporate environment.
- Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable learning new visitor management software and possess excellent written communication skills for high-volume emailing.
- Reliable & Local: You live within 15 miles of our Alpharetta campus (as public transit is limited) and have a stable work history (no job hopping).

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Create the First Impression: Greet a high volume of guests and high-profile dignitaries with warmth and professional polish.
- Manage the Flow: Monitor visitor logs, manage multi-line phone systems, and coordinate conference room bookings with extreme attention to detail.
- Collaborate Across Campus: Rotate daily between our two corporate buildings to stay fresh and connected with the entire team.
- Maintain the Standard: Keep the lobby and reception area "stage-ready." We have a strict professional dress code and a "no-phones-at-the-desk" policy to ensure we are always present and attentive.
- Handle with Care: Manage confidential visitor information and remain calm/mature during office emergencies or high-pressure situations.
