Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve moderate-to-complex client inquiries via email, chat, and text
- Execute policy endorsements, changes, and audits accurately across multiple carriers
- Ensure strict compliance with state regulations and carrier SLAs
- Maintain detailed, accurate documentation in Salesforce and carrier systems
- Provide peer coaching and workflow guidance to L1–L2 agents
- Review documentation and provide actionable feedback to support team development
- Contribute to SOP updates and process improvement initiatives
- Manage 5–10 state licenses and navigate top 20 carriers (up to 150 carrier systems)
- Demonstrate strong knowledge across all lines of business
- Maintain quality standards of 98%+ accuracy and timeliness
- Identify and communicate service trends or recurring operational issues
- Serve as a subject matter resource for complex service cases
- Active Texas Property & Casualty (P&C) License (required)
- 1–2+ years of experience in insurance service or related field
- Proven performance in non-call support or complex service roles
- High school diploma or equivalent
