We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Compliance Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, ensuring compliance with employment labor laws The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, familiary with ADA/ FMLA and the ability to manage and prioritize individual assignments with daily deadlines.

salary: $24 - $25 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and company policies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives within the HR Compliance department.
• Be able to compile and concisely summarize a case file from internal HR systems and databases to ensure thorough response to unemployment insurance claims.
• Manage external databases with daily compliance obligations regarding ADA/FMLA and unemployment matters.
• Manage administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, managing mail services, responding to the team’s internal inbox and assisting with the daily assignment of work.
• MUST have Familiarity with FMLA/ ADA experience.
