Responsibilities
Detail-oriented specialist needed for a high-volume banking environment. Responsible for ensuring the integrity of high-value transactions through manual and automated processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconciliations: Audit customer checks for 100% accuracy against system records.
- Fraud Mitigation: Manage daily "Positive Pay" exceptions within strict SLAs.
- Implementation: Coordinate with Sales and Relationship Managers on new account setups.
- Data Entry: Maintain high speed and accuracy within the SMS application.
- Optimization: Use Excel macros to streamline workflows and reduce risk.
- Banking Experience: Background in check processing or vault operations preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in financial software and MS Excel (macros highly preferred).
- Attributes: Ability to meet tight deadlines, high attention to detail, and strong communication.
