- We are looking for a self-starter who doesn't need to be micro-managed.
- 1–3 years of paralegal or legal support experience (Mass tort or settlement experience is a huge plus).
- While not strictly required, a Paralegal Certification is highly preferred by the Hiring Manager.
- Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel for data tracking and reporting.
- This role handles highly sensitive client information; we need someone with impeccable integrity and professional communication skills.

Responsibilities
You will be the engine behind the settlement distribution process, ensuring that every claimant file is audit-ready and every payment is accurate.
- Relationship Management: Partner directly with law firm paralegals and case managers to clarify requirements and track down missing documentation.
- Quality Execution: Review trust authorization forms, lien documents, and releases for accuracy. You’ll be the "final set of eyes" before payments are initiated.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our Claims, Data Services, and Finance teams to keep the distribution schedule on track.
- Data & Reporting: Maintain internal databases, track payment statuses, and prepare readiness reports for Trustees and clients.
