How You’ll Make an Impact
- Master Complex Data: Utilize your advanced Excel skills (vlookups and math functions) to compile critical data and perform calculations that drive weekly reporting.
- Optimize Sales Operations: Seamlessly manage Salesforce entries and CRM updates to ensure the customer records remain accurate and actionable.
- Bridge the Communication Gap: Act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and customers, resolving inquiries and checking order statuses with professional flair.
- Fuel Growth Initiatives: Assist in background research on industry trends and competitors to help the sales team stay ahead of the curve.
- Coordinate Success: Organize office activities and maintain inventory to keep our Richardson headquarters running at peak efficiency.
- Technical Excellence: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly preferred.
- Proven Experience: At least 2 years of administrative or customer service support.
- Communication Prowess: Ability to draft clear proposals, reports, and correspondence that resonate with stakeholders.
- Education: High school diploma required; an Associate degree is a plus.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
