Responsibilities

• ONLY CANDIDATES WITH PRIOR ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE/COLLECTIONS EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED
• Contacting customers to confirm payments, arrange payment plans, and resolve disputes
• Coordinating with branch managers and sales representatives regarding project details, owner notices, lien waivers, and potential lien filings
  
  
• Verifying credit information and setting up new customer accounts and job files
  
  
• Posting payments
  
  
• MUST have business collections experience  
  
  
• Knowledge of lien waivers
  
  
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
  
  
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  
  
• Customer-focused while maintaining firm collection strategies
