The Receptionist role is a key, instrumental role to the recently opened plant.  You are the person managing the reception area and greeting and onboarding visitors.  It is an ideal role for the office professional with reception experience who has an interest in supporting employee enhancement experience events. salary: $24 - $25 per hour

work hours: 7:45 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Oversee the reception area of a recently opened, large, growing manufacturing plant
• Embrace your role as the "people connecter" within a large global entrepreneurial company
• Highlight your hospitality and employee/visitor engagement experience within a dynamic and rapidly changing company
• Own the beginning-to-end visitor experience as well as the greeting of incoming employees on a daily basis
• Greet and interact with employees from other facilities, construction crews, vendors, contractors 
• Walk all visitors through the badging process
• Ensure the proper documentation is received and the information is documented correctly in the computer system
• Coordinate deliveries
• Manage misdelivered items
• Maintain accurate daily and monthly logs
• Set up expected visitors in the visitor management system, confirm host availability, and send arrival instructions (parking, entrance, PPE requirements, etc.)
• Follow defined protocols for denied access, ID mismatches, suspicious behavior, medical emergency, etc
• Support the Workplace Experience Specialist and Manager with administrative duties and company wide communication
• Participate and support the cultural initiatives and events
• Take an active role in new employee uniform distribution
• Assist with desk reservations
• Draft notifications, entry instructions, visitor protocols, building updates, etc
• Provide straight forward weekly/monthly reports  
• Respond promptly to emergencies and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
