Responsibilities
- Oversee the reception area of a recently opened, large, growing manufacturing plant
- Embrace your role as the "people connecter" within a large global entrepreneurial company
- Highlight your hospitality and employee/visitor engagement experience within a dynamic and rapidly changing company
- Own the beginning-to-end visitor experience as well as the greeting of incoming employees on a daily basis
- Greet and interact with employees from other facilities, construction crews, vendors, contractors
- Walk all visitors through the badging process
- Ensure the proper documentation is received and the information is documented correctly in the computer system
- Coordinate deliveries
- Manage misdelivered items
- Maintain accurate daily and monthly logs
- Set up expected visitors in the visitor management system, confirm host availability, and send arrival instructions (parking, entrance, PPE requirements, etc.)
- Follow defined protocols for denied access, ID mismatches, suspicious behavior, medical emergency, etc
- Support the Workplace Experience Specialist and Manager with administrative duties and company wide communication
- Participate and support the cultural initiatives and events
- Take an active role in new employee uniform distribution
- Assist with desk reservations
- Draft notifications, entry instructions, visitor protocols, building updates, etc
- Provide straight forward weekly/monthly reports
- Respond promptly to emergencies and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
