This position provides a stable base salary and a performance-based commission on every order you process. They provide a $5,000 commission guarantee for your first year while you learn the products and build relationships with their loyal, repeat customer base.This a perfect role for someone who is service-oriented but motivated by seeing their hard work reflected in their paycheck. Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service while managing high volume inbound and outbound calls daily.
- Accurately process multiple order types and handle inventory stock checks and dealer pricing verifications.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external customers and the internal sales team, responding promptly to all inquiries via phone and email.
- Troubleshoot customer concerns, product issues, and system errors, engaging management when necessary to find the best solutions.
- Work effectively with all internal departments to ensure pertinent information is communicated thoroughly.
