Randstad is supporting a financial firm who is looking to hire a Recruiter to join their team in 1 of 3 locations. In this role, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of their organization by identifying and attracting top talent, partner with hiring leaders, build diverse talent pipelines, and drive full-cycle recruiting strategies that deliver an exceptional candidate experience. Responsibilities

• Support business objectives by sourcing, assessing, and recruiting top talent for banking roles across Business Banking Sales, Payments (Consumer and Small Business), and Credit Underwriting while managing an average requisition load of 20–30 open roles based on hiring demand.
• Utilize recruiting systems including Phenom and Workday to manage candidate pipelines, track applicants, and maintain accurate documentation throughout the hiring process.
• Source and engage qualified candidates through multiple channels including direct outreach, referrals, talent databases, and networking while building diverse candidate pipelines.
• Conduct high-volume phone screenings and candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications and alignment with role requirements and organizational culture.
• Support both phone screening initiatives and full-cycle recruiting activities including intake discussions, interview coordination, candidate communication, and offer support depending on team priorities.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand evolving workforce needs and adjust recruiting strategies to meet changing hiring demands.
• Ensure a timely, organized, and cost-effective recruitment process while delivering a positive candidate and hiring manager experience aligned with organizational values.
