What you’ll do:
- Balance a 50/50 mix of administrative support and patient interaction.
- Understand Brightree and Pure Cloud (we’ll train you on the phones!) to keep our office running smoothly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinical terminology.
- High initiative and a "ready to learn" attitude.
- Deep compassion for patients in high-stress health situations.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Frontline Communication: Manage medium-to-high call volumes using the Pure Cloud phone system. Success is measured by our team goal of maintaining a 90% call answer rate.
- Patient Interaction: Spend approximately 50% of your day engaging directly with patients. You must maintain a professional, calm, and compassionate demeanor, especially when assisting those in physical discomfort.
- Administrative Support: Keep the office running smoothly by managing digital and physical documentation, including scanning, faxing, and reviewing patient copays.
- Clinical Coordination: Utilize your knowledge of medical terminology to accurately route calls, document notes, and assist with patient inquiries.
