Responsibilities
- Post-Order Excellence: Act as the primary point of contact for after-order support, ensuring clients receive professional, timely, and helpful assistance.
- Communication Hub: Manage incoming inquiries with a polite and efficient demeanor, directing calls to the appropriate departments to maintain seamless office flow.
- Logistics Problem-Solving: Investigate and resolve shipping anomalies, including inventory shortages, mis-ships, and carrier-related challenges.
- Returns & Transit Management: Oversee the end-to-end process for return authorizations (RMAs) and actively monitor orders in transit to troubleshoot delays.
- Vendor & Process Coordination: Facilitate "Outside Processing" by maintaining clear lines of communication between Warehouse Managers, external vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Documentation Management: Execute customer document requests and maintain organized digital queues to ensure compliance and data integrity.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales and Warehouse teams to audit order accuracy and drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction.
- Adaptability & Growth: Participate in departmental cross-training to ensure full team coverage and contribute to a culture of collective success.
