Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Transaction Management: Process and transmit high-value money movements associated with loan fundings and security payments.
- Compliance & Oversight: Review all transaction activity for propriety and ensure 100% adherence to established procedures and regulatory controls.
- Financial Reconciliation: Perform daily reconciliation of cash movements against system data and bank activity to ensure accuracy.
- Servicer Relations: Provide critical remittance and correction information to servicers and evaluate their performance against stated service agreements.
- Legal & Research: Interpret controlling legal documents to resolve complex issues arising from collateral or bond payments.
- Experience: Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in financial services, accounting, or analysis.
- Technical Proficiency: strong hands-on experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Domain Knowledge: Foundational understanding of financial tasks and processes gained through formal training or prior roles.
- Adaptability: A resilient nature with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global entrepreneurial environment defined by frequent change.
- Analytical Thinking: Proven ability to analyze complex information and make sound, independent decisions.
- Operational Excellence: Highly organized with superior time management skills and a commitment to process-driven accuracy.
