Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead liaison for customers, providing a professional and confident experience through expert verbal and written communication.
- Guide clients in selecting the most effective product solutions for their specific applications and technical requirements.
- Process complex quotes and orders with high precision, ensuring customer expectations are met from initial inquiry to final delivery.
- Provide rapid, accurate responses regarding product availability, technical specs, pricing, invoicing, and returns.
- Act as the internal anchor for the outside sales team, providing the coordination and follow-through necessary to close and maintain business.
- Support broader business health by assisting with purchasing, accounting, warehouse operations, and project administration as needed.
- Maintain strict adherence to all policies, documenting nonconformances and reporting customer complaints accurately.
- Proactively identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions to support a culture of continuous improvement and organizational growth.
- Understand and actively contribute to company-wide goals and long-term strategic initiatives.
