- Experience in Medical Malpractice or Personal Injury litigation
- Command of Local, State, and Federal court rules, including proficiency in E-filing across multiple jurisdictions.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a "sharp eye" for detail; able to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to communicate with clarity and professionalism when interacting with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software.

Responsibilities
- Drafting: Craft precise legal documents (Summons, Complaints, Demands) and tailored correspondence.
- Discovery Management: Handle the full scope of the discovery process, from drafting Bills of Particulars to managing medical record requests.
- E-Filing: Manage the end-to-end preparation and submission of documents via E-Filing systems.
- Attorney Support: Serve as the "right hand" to counsel by preparing all necessary materials for depositions and court appearances.
- Trial Prep: Oversee the organization of trial binders and pleadings to ensure the team is fully prepared for the courtroom.
