Responsibilities
Direct and mentor a cross-functional team overseeing production planning, master scheduling, and supply chain material availability.
Develop and execute replenishment strategies across diverse distribution channels, including major e-marketplaces, direct-to-consumer (DTC), and wholesale.
Proactively manage the end-to-end inventory lifecycle for high-volume e-commerce platforms, ensuring compliance with rigorous fulfillment standards and performance metrics.
Drive scenario-based planning and proactive risk strategies to maintain supply chain continuity during global or regional disruptions.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and eCommerce leadership to synchronize inventory levels with promotional calendars, product launches, and seasonal demand.
Lead the optimization of the enterprise-level ERP system, integrating advanced warehouse management (WMS) and mobile logistics solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Establish and monitor KPIs, utilizing root cause analysis to implement corrective actions and drive continuous improvement.
Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to ensure total alignment between demand forecasts and supply capabilities for executive-level reporting.
Oversee the adoption of cloud-based analytics and data visualization tools to enhance scenario planning and real-time performance tracking.
