Responsibilities
- Project Onboarding: Participate in initial job briefings to establish accurate digital filing systems for every new contract.
- System Integration: Utilize ERP to record essential budget details, purchase orders, and contractual modifications.
- Revenue Cycle: Draft billing worksheets and finalize official AIA submissions to owners in coordination with project leadership.
- Expenditure Control: Oversee the full accounts payable cycle for project-specific invoices and authorize all internal check requests.
- Financial Oversight: Generate weekly status reports for executive leadership and ensure all ledgers are reconciled for the monthly closing cycle.
- Strategic Collaboration: Join regular project evaluation meetings to discuss financial progress and support the finalization of completed jobs.
