Our client is seeking a senior level accountant that is interested in coming onboard, providing mentor and guidance to the rest of the accounting team, and in the future, to take a step up to leadership down the road. The role is on site located in Fort Mill, however work schedule is flexible for hours.  

salary: $78,000 - $86,000 per year

Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & General Ledger Management

• Financial Preparation: Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Perform variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget) and
  ensure the accuracy of NOI and cash flow reporting at the property level.
• Support leadership in year-end audits and tax prep with external CPA's

Development and Construction Accounting

• Review development of project budgets with leadership by maintaining comopliance with construction lenders and equity Partners.
• Collect lien waivers, prepare draw packages. 

Property Management 

• Review commission calculations.
• Review rent role and CAM reconciliations.  Ensure lease terms are updated.
