We are seeking a detail-oriented EDI Support Coordinator to join a team in Collierville, TN, where you will serve as the essential link between our digital order batches and successful customer delivery. Responsibilities

• Monitor and process daily EDI document batches
• Review incoming purchase orders for errors, including price discrepancies and incorrect part numbers
• Perform daily reconciliations to ensure the number of orders sent by the customer matches the number of orders created in EDI system
• Assist the Customer Service team with manual order entry and data verification
• Address any issues with management team
• Act as a point of contact between the Warehouse and Customer Service teams to verify inventory availability for large batch orders.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in high-volume data entry and customer service support
• Proficiency in ERP systems (JD Edwards preferred) other EDI platforms a plus
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite - specifically MS Excel and Outlook
