- Sales Operations & CRM Ownership: Serve as the primary lead for CRM accuracy (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive). You will pull KPI reports, analyze sales data, and ensure all client follow-ups are logged and executed.
- Team Coordination: "Wrangle" Business Development Managers (BDMs) and client account managers to ensure the CEO has the necessary data for decision-making without needing constant check-ins.
- Communications & Logistics: Handle high-level correspondence with VPs regarding client accounts and manage complex domestic and international travel.
- Personal Support: Manage personal administrative needs, including personal bills, family calendars, and vendor appointments.
- Availability: Must be comfortable with occasional high-priority requests outside of standard business hours (e.g., 9:00 p.m. calls). Qualifications & Candidate Profile
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years supporting a CEO or C-suite executive. Candidates with 15+ years of relevant experience are highly encouraged to apply even if they lack a formal degree.

- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel for reporting and data analysis.
- Stability: A proven track record of employment stability (ideally 2+ years per role) is preferred.
- Attributes: Proactive, "unflappable" under pressure, and possessing the "common sense" to operate with high autonomy and authority.
