Responsibilities

• Orchestrate the end-to-end billing cycle for consulting revenue, managing multiple steps to ensure all invoices are generated and issued with 100% accuracy.
  
  
• Reconcile cash allocations and track down missing checks by investigating historical data and conducting deep-dive audits into system records.
  
  
• Leverage your advanced Excel skills extensively to manage and manipulate large datasets, ensuring all specific billing guidelines and client requirements are met.
  
  
• Navigate a sophisticated tech stack—including Access databases and internal workflow systems—to maintain seamless data integrity across all platforms.
  
  
• Partner closely with the Accounts Receivable team and various internal departments to facilitate efficient problem-solving and timely revenue recognition.
  
  
• Investigate billing discrepancies and follow up proactively with consultants to gather missing documentation required for invoicing.
  
  
• Synthesize raw system data into actionable financial reports, providing the "can-do" support necessary to meet strict monthly corporate deadlines.
  
  
• Facilitate professional communication with internal business partners to resolve complex payment issues and maintain high service standards.
  
  
• Execute ad-hoc financial projects as assigned by the Manager, contributing to the continuous improvement of our global accounting operations.
