We are  seeking dedicated Client Relations Associates to join our team in Paoli. As the first point of contact for our retail investors, you will be much more than a customer service professional; you will be a technical subject matter expert providing foundational support for various investment needs. This role includes comprehensive paid training to help you develop a deep understanding of funds and the financial services industry

• Handle high-volume inbound calls to assist clients with their investment needs, including account questions and monetary transactions.
• Maintain a strong understanding of various investment account types—such as IRAs, Individual accounts, and Trusts—and the regulations that govern them.
• Provide clear guidance to clients navigating complex financial challenges, utilizing internal resources and virtual libraries to ensure accuracy
