Our client, a leading national manufacturer and distributor of high-end architectural wood products, is seeking a professional Customer Account Representative to join their Southern Indiana office. Their products are featured in prestigious venues nationwide, including stadiums, universities, and government buildings.

This is a sophisticated, relationship-based role designed for a professional who thrives in a small to midsize manufacturing firm. Note: This is not a call center position. You will be responsible for managing business interactions via phone and email and coordinating all aspects of the client experience for major accounts.



salary: $37,000 - $40,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of designated corporate clients, ensuring a seamless business relationship.
  
  
• Oversee the full order process: verifying purchase orders, ensuring precise product specifications, and managing system entry.
  
  
• Calculate accurate pricing, provide freight quotes, and communicate shipping dimensions and weights to clients.
  
  
• Monitor order statuses in real-time and provide proactive updates to your clients.
  
  
• Manage the assembly and shipment of product samples to support client requests and sales efforts.
