- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, business development, or account management, preferably in Manufacturing.
- Proven track record of cold calling and prospecting success.
- Ability to analyze data, prioritize leads, and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospects and existing customers to identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and account reactivation.
- Engage with unrecognized quotes, following up to convert into orders.
- Contact new web registrants to introduce products/services, qualify leads, and schedule meetings.
- Follow up on shipped orders to ensure satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities.
- Reconnect with lost, down, or inactive customers, uncovering reasons for disengagement and proposing solutions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate CRM records of all customer interactions, activity, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with account managers, sales reps, and marketing teams to coordinate campaigns and track success.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and sales targets.
- Provide market feedback and insights from customer interactions to support product and process improvements.
