Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify Opportunities: Analyze and identify both “quick-win” and transformational areas within Advanced Solutions where agentic AI solutions can enhance efficiency, reduce workloads, and accelerate key processes.
- Collaboration: Work alongside business and technical teams to determine the most practical and impactful AI tools for implementation, defining the ideal end-state of automation and establishing KPIs to measure success.
- Roadmap Development: Create a comprehensive roadmap for the implementation of automated solutions, prioritizing business areas of focus and establishing timelines to guide progress and milestones.
- Support Chief of Staff: Assist the Chief of Staff in various tasks related to project management, stakeholder communication, and strategic planning.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Experience in electrical design and understanding of safety standards.
- Familiarity with programming concepts in Python, Java, and C++, supporting analytical and technical problem-solving.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Suite, including Excel.
- Analytical skills with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
