salary: $42.24 - $42.25 per hour

Responsibilities
- Help execute initiatives in support of Bank Operations’ strategy on the Strategic Execution team
- Transitioning projects from the product side down to the agent level through clear process flows and procedures
- Participating in calls with C-suite leaders and creating high-level presentations from scratch
- Identifying training needs for agents and performing "Impact Assessments" across the business line (from back-office to customer-facing teams)
- Digitizing the customer experience and finding ways to automate functionality to keep agents on the phones without increasing handle time
- Managing 60+ active projects across different portfolios (Partners, Embedded Payments, etc.)
- Create relevant reporting to fulfill stakeholder needs
- Provide governance across the initiatives
- Develop trusted relationships with senior leaders, and key business partners
- Support financial management of the initiatives
