We are looking for a friendly, motivated individual to serve as the first point of contact for our customers. In this entry-level role, you’ll spend your day answering inquiries via phone and chat, troubleshooting product issues, and ensuring every person walks away with a smile. If you are a clear communicator who stays calm under pressure and enjoys helping others, we’d love to meet you. No prior experience is required—just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn our systems!

Responsibilities
- Direct Interaction: Handling incoming inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or in-person.
- Problem Resolution: Identifying customer "pain points" and providing accurate solutions, whether it's a shipping delay, a faulty product, or a billing error.
- Information Management: Maintaining a deep knowledge of the company’s products, services, and policies to answer questions without constant escalation.
- Order Processing: Assisting with placing orders, processing returns, or managing exchanges and cancellations.
- CRM Documentation: Logging every interaction in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (like Salesforce or Zendesk) to ensure a paper trail for future issues.
