Responsibilities
- Manage all accounting functions for a portfolio of 5-6 hotel properties, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Assist the Controller with timely and accurate completion of the monthly financial close process.
- Process and manage Accounts Payable (AP) functions related to the hotel operations.
- Handle non-standard accounting and administrative duties, including preparing and processing RMV applications for company trucks.
- Coordinate and assist with workers' compensation audits.
- Act as a detail-oriented resource to ensure all financial transactions are recorded correctly and reconcile to underlying documentation.
- Collaborate with the President of Hotels and hotel management teams to provide financial clarity and support.
- Assist with the implementation and ongoing use of our new accounting software.
