Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Seamlessly operate across multiple internal financial databases and workflow tools simultaneously to assign work and update records.
- Perform high-volume, high-accuracy data entry of policy details and financial documentation into core systems.
- Monitor incoming work queues to ensure all tasks are completed
- Work closely with team members to resolve discrepancies in documentation
- Previous experience in data entry, financial services, or high-volume administrative operations.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and a high level of comfort learning complex, proprietary internal systems.
- Residency in the Columbus/Grandview Heights, OH area to meet the hybrid requirement.
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (No weekends or late nights).
- Enjoy the flexibility of working from home with required in-office collaboration days every Tuesday and Wednesday at our Grandview Heights location.
- Receive structured, hands-on training to master our internal systems and financial processes.
