The Opportunity We are seeking a Finance Lead for Global Investment Planning to drive a foundational enterprise project. This role is essential for ensuring our global cost structure is accurately aligned with how spend is managed, specifically focusing on the precision of employee cost center mapping within our financial systems.
What You Will Work On As a key member of the Finance Workforce Planning team, you will be responsible for budgeting and forecasting wages across the enterprise. Your primary focus will be a high-impact project designed to improve the accuracy of actual financials for wage reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Change Management: Facilitate and lead change management efforts for a large, cross-functional team to ensure project adoption and alignment.
- Data Integrity: Manage and analyze large, complex datasets to ensure employees are mapped to the correct cost centers.
- Execution: Partner with HR, People Solutions, and Global Payroll to execute and audit cost center changes within Workday.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline how the cost structure reflects real-time wage management.
- Global Investment Planning & Geography Finance SG&A teams.
- Global HR, People Solutions, and Global Payroll.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years in Change Management and a proven track record of leading projects and people.
- Technical Mastery: Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, data modeling, VLOOKUPs/Index Match) with extreme attention to detail when handling large datasets.
- Collaboration: cross-team partnership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Mindset: A self-starter attitude with the ability to navigate a fast-paced, global corporate environment.

Responsibilities
Special project for a Finance Analyst on the Workforce Planning Global Strategic Investments team. They’ll assist with a change and data management project to reassign over 1k employees to the correct Cost Centers. They will work cross functionally between Finance and HR. The project includes auditing data, closing out and renaming cost centers, and working with confidential data.
