- Experience: 5+ years of experience supporting executive-level leadership or managing business operations, preferably within the Tech or Manufacturing sectors.
- Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms, high-level scheduling tools, and digital communication suites (e.g., Constant Contact, SharePoint).

Responsibilities
- Global Orchestration: Manage complex, multi-time-zone calendars and high-level logistics for a global engineering and operations footprint.
- Financial Stewardship: Partner with Finance to oversee departmental budgets, track CapEx/OpEx spend, and drive month-end reconciliation with surgical precision.
- Systems Architecture: Act as the power user for HRIS and Vendor Management platforms, ensuring data integrity and optimizing shared service workflows.
- Strategic Communication: Draft executive-level briefings, manage sensitive internal communications, and serve as the primary gatekeeper for inter-departmental inquiries.
- Culture & Onboarding: Design and execute world-class onboarding experiences and high-impact team events that reinforce our position as an industry leader.
