Responsibilities
- Manage the workflow of preparing contracts, agreements and other legal documents on behalf of the enterprise. Help to develop, optimize and implement contracts processes and standards. This process includes receiving the request, determining appropriate parties to involve, gathering information, coordinating with other functional and operational business units, communicating with vendor’s legal representatives, and finalizing documents through final execution.
- Advise management of contract obligations, deficiencies commitments and performance and tracks for contract renewal notice dates.
- Revise documents to conform to company requirements, liaising with company attorneys on more complex drafting. Negotiate contracts with third parties, under supervision.
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal customers/stakeholders to effectively understand needs, capabilities, and to effectively and efficiently complete document requests.
- Provides partnership within the department and with the various business unit stakeholders while representing the interest of the company.
- Organize, maintain and electronically track all contracts and related documents; maintain fully executed agreements in systems. Also ensure proper process for tracking renewal notice dates.
- Prepare and distribute reports and statistical data to facilitate planning and maintenance of accurate contract records and files.
