We are seeking a Customer Contract Specialist to join our Contract Management team. In this role, you will be a key guardian of our enrollment and account management processes, ensuring the integrity of our provisioning systems and delivering a world-class experience for our customers.
This is a fast-paced position designed for a self-starter who excels at managing the full contract life-cycle within the evolving energy and utility landscape.
Your Impact
- Contract Stewardship: Own the review, processing, and approval of customer contracts, ensuring 100% accuracy in our provisioning systems.
- Operational Integrity: Support daily operations related to service enrollments, account management, and customer retention strategies.
- Process Improvement: Identify inter-dependencies across back-office systems to create and adapt processes that drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Lifecycle Management: Direct support of the entire contract lifecycle, assuming full accountability for the timeliness and quality of mission-critical projects.
- Financial Coordination: Apply business acumen to manage general budgeting and accounting procedures as they relate to contract administration.
- The Detail Architect: You possess attention to detail and enhanced analytical thinking skills, ensuring complex initiatives are executed without error.
- The Organized Leader: You are extremely organized, able to prioritize multiple markets and tasks simultaneously while managing your time effectively.
- The Collaborator: You thrive in a team environment and possess conflict resolution techniques to navigate cross-functional challenges.
- Proficiency: Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.

Responsibilities
1. Responsible to Customer Contract managementfor the integrity of provisioning system performance, and the delivery of world-class enrollment, account management and customer retention operations that meet and exceed all customer and company expectations
2. Responsible for supporting all contract life-cycles
3. Support daily operations associated with provisioning services and contract approval processes
4. Assume accountability for the timeliness and integrity of all mission-critical projects, processes, and outcomes
5. Other duties as assigned by management
