We are seeking a detail-oriented and career-minded Accounting Administrator to join a well-established global leader in the aviation industry. This role is a critical "anchor" for the finance department, responsible for managing the daily flow of payables, receivables, and essential regulatory compliance documentation. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Daily Finance Functions:

• Process and enter high-volume trade and non-trade accounts payable.
  
  
• Manage Accounts Receivable collections through consistent correspondence and status meetings.
  
  
• Perform daily remote check deposits and enter all check receipts into the system.
  
  
• Review open receivers and vendor invoices to ensure accuracy for parts and consignment materials.
  
  
• Retrieve and audit repair, freight, and inspection invoices.
  
  

Weekly & Monthly Compliance:

• Match weekly checks with proper vendor invoices and prepare for mailing.
  
  
• Perform weekly updates of online inventory listings to ensure data integrity.
  
  
• Follow up on open proforma invoices and resolve discrepancies.
  
  

Annual & Specialized Compliance:

• Lead the annual Resale Tax Certificate process, managing requests to vendors and responses to customers across multiple jurisdictions.
  
  
• Oversee the archiving of financial records and creation of archive documentation.
  
  

Ad Hoc Support:

• Process credit card payments and handle bank/trade reference requests.
  
  
• Provide occasional assistance with sales-related inquiries or quality documentation.
  
  
• Assist with answering professional phone lines as needed.
