We are seeking a high-caliber Practice Administrator to spearhead the daily operations of a thriving, multi-physician clinic. This is a pivotal leadership role that serves as the heartbeat of the practice, requiring a sophisticated balance of high-level strategic vision and "in-the-trenches" financial and administrative management.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment—one that successfully manages the flow of up to 200 patients per day without compromising care quality or operational precision.



salary: $120,000 - $125,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Direct all daily clinical operations and ancillary services to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Supervise and mentor the front office, billing department, back-office clinical staff, and non-physician personnel.
• Collaborate with the CEO to design and execute long-term strategic goals and clinic objectives.
• Develop and refine workflows, management systems, and "best practice" protocols to drive organizational growth.
• Maintain the company general ledger (QuickBooks), manage accounts payable, process deposits, and perform bank reconciliations.
• Prepare annual budgets, monitor expenditures, and coordinate with the accounting team for quarterly financial reporting and data analysis.
• Manage the payroll process and partner with the HR Manager to implement clinic-wide policies and performance objectives.
• Partner with medical and non-medical staff to ensure the highest standards of quality patient care are consistently met.
