Join our team in Phoenix, Arizona! We work in one of the most advanced factories in the world. We make the tiny computer chips that power everything from smartphones to electric cars.
We are looking for people who are great at following directions, love working with a team, and are comfortable using computers all day.
Why Join Our Team?
- A Great Schedule: We use a "compressed" work week. This means you work longer shifts, but you work fewer days each week!
- 12-Hour Shifts: You will work for 12 hours at a time. This can be during the day or at night.
- More Days Off: Because your work days are long, you only work 3 or 4 days a week. This gives you 3 or 4 days off every single week to spend with your family or enjoy your hobbies!
- Stable Training: When you first start, your training will be a normal Monday through Friday schedule during the day. Once you learn the job, you will move to your regular 12-hour shift.
- 12-Hour Shifts: You will work for 12 hours at a time. This can be during the day or at night.
- Modern Workspace: You will spend 90% of your time in a high-tech command center (an office with lots of monitors) and 10% of your time in a "Cleanroom" wearing cool protective gear.
- Amazing Food on Campus
- You won't have to worry about packing a lunch every day! Our building has a fancy food court that looks like something you would see at a big airport.
- Famous Favorites: We have a Starbucks for your coffee and a Subway for sandwiches.
- Hot Meals: There are many stations where chefs make hot food right in front of you.
- Lots of Choices: From snacks to full meals, there are plenty of delicious options to choose from without ever leaving the building!
Our factory is located in North Phoenix near 43rd Avenue and the 303 Highway.
- How to Get Here: There are no buses or trains that come out this far. This means you will need to have your own reliable way to get to work every day.
- The Drive: Since we are right off the highway, it is a quick and easy drive for people coming from different parts of the valley!
