Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to the business, managing the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for facility-related services and goods.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary procurement interface for the Corporate Real Estate and Services team; gather and represent business requirements during negotiations.
- Strategic Sourcing: Lead the execution of strategic procurement processes, including comprehensive market analysis, demand forecasting, and formal tender (RFP/RFQ) management.
- Negotiation & Contract Award: Evaluate complex offers, lead contract negotiations, and present formal award proposals to leadership.
- Legal & Compliance: Partner with the Legal Department to draft and refine contracts. Ensure all sourcing activities adhere to legal, regulatory, and corporate responsibility standards.
- Contract Lifecycle Management: Maintain a centralized repository of all executed contracts, Statements of Work (SOWs), and addendums for assigned subcategories.
- Process Integrity: Ensure that all supplier activities align with internal compliance frameworks and risk management protocols.
- Procurement Expertise: 5+ years of a proven track record in strategic sourcing, specifically within Facility Projects and Maintenance.
- Contractual Knowledge: Proficiency in contract terminology with the ability to develop alternative clauses in collaboration with legal counsel.
- Project Management: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage multiple timelines simultaneously.
- Digital Proficiency: Familiarity with modern procurement systems, e-sourcing tools, and digital workflows.
