Primary Responsibilities HR Operations & Lifecycle Management
- Employee Lifecycle: Process all paperwork for the employee lifecycle in accordance with company procedures, ensuring 100% completion and accuracy from hire to retire.
- Compliance & Onboarding: Manage post-offer paperwork, including I-9 verification (E-verify), drug screenings, background checks, and random program testing.
- Benefits & Wellness: Assist with the administration of employee benefits and company wellness programs as needed.
- Data & Documentation: Maintain employment forms on the Corporate Intranet and handle all professional verification of employment requests with high discretion.
- Classroom Monitoring: Serve as the physical class monitor for new hires during state exam self-study and online compliance courses.
- Proctoring: Maintain a secure testing environment by proctoring pre-exams to ensure no outside resources are used by students.
- Coordination: Meet and greet new hires, provide instructions on daily activities, and escort students to their assigned classrooms within the Chesapeake facility.
- Tracking & Reporting: Perform daily attendance tracking, monitor licensing exam results, and communicate progress updates to managers and leadership.
- Microsoft Office: Daily use of Outlook for stakeholder communication and Word for correspondence.
- Excel: Intermediate skills required to track licensing results and course completions.
- OneSource: Use our proprietary system to track training progress (full training provided).

- Referral: Refer complex issues as needed to HR Consultants.
