Come join our team in Phoenix, Arizona! At our factory, we use a giant system of robots and tracks to move parts around. We call this the "AMHS," and it acts like the veins and arteries of our building.
We need Technicians to help take care of these robots. If you are a hands-on problem solver who likes to stay active, this is the perfect job for you!
Why This Job is Exciting:
- Hands-On Work: You won't be stuck at a desk. You will be out on the floor working with high-tech machines.
- Be a Hero: When a robot stops, you are the one who fixes it and gets the factory moving again!
- Active Days: This job keeps you moving and helps the day go by fast.
- A Great Schedule: We use a "compressed" work week. This means you work longer shifts, but you work fewer days each week!
- 12-Hour Shifts: You will work for 12 hours at a time. This can be during the day or at night.
- More Days Off: Because your work days are long, you only work 3 or 4 days a week. This gives you 3 or 4 days off every single week to spend with your family or enjoy your hobbies!
- Stable Training: When you first start, your training will be a normal Monday through Friday schedule during the day. Once you learn the job, you will move to your regular 12-hour shift.
- 12-Hour Shifts: You will work for 12 hours at a time. This can be during the day or at night.
- Amazing Food on Campus
- You won't have to worry about packing a lunch every day! Our building has a fancy food court that looks like something you would see at a big airport.
- Famous Favorites: We have a Starbucks for your coffee and a boba tea shop
- Hot Meals: There are many stations where chefs make hot food right in front of you.
- Lots of Choices: From snacks to full meals, there are plenty of delicious options to choose from without ever leaving the building!
The factory is located in North Phoenix near 43rd Avenue and the 303 Highway.
- How to Get Here: There are no buses or trains that come out this far. This means you will need to have your own reliable way to get to work every day.
