The Role You will drive customer satisfaction by ensuring on-time and in-full (OTIF) deliveries while reducing waste throughout the supply chain. Key duties include:
- Monitoring open orders daily to resolve demand capture failures within defined SLAs.
- Collaborating with customers and business partners to clear blocked orders.
- Optimizing order payloads for logistical efficiency.
- Managing order fulfillment issues, such as out-of-stock scenarios or delivery delays, by proposing direct resolutions to the customer.
- Resolving billing discrepancies in coordination with the billing department.
- Participating in continuous excellence operational review meetings to improve internal processes.
- Education: High School Diploma required; Undergraduate degree preferred.
- Experience: 1–2 years of Supply Chain experience (Order Management, Distribution, or Planning) is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential. You must have experience handling large data sets using Excel functions like VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
- Systems: Familiarity with SAP and Power BI is preferred.
- Communication: Professional written and verbal communication skills are necessary for frequent stakeholder and customer interaction.
- Location: Solon, OH. This role follows a hybrid model, requiring on-site presence Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Monday and Friday.
- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week) with shifts typically starting between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM.
- Flexibility: A willingness to work various shifts according to customer time zones or 7-day operations is required.

Manage Customer Service:

Order Filter:
• Regularly monitor open orders according to the Daily Activity Schedule and ensure adherence to
the tasks and cadence
• Work with customers and business partners to clear blocked orders within SLA.
• Optimize orders for logistical efficiency (e.g. maximizes payload)
Order Fulfillment:
• Contact customer when required due to Out of Stock or Stock Allocation issues
• Collaborate with Order Fulfillment team to resolve issues preventing
• Contact the customer to propose a resolution if issues are identified after the delivery note, due to
transportation or warehousing concerns (such as appointment scheduling, delivery delay, or
picking issues).
