Responsibilities
- First Impressions: Set the professional tone for the office by greeting clients and partners with a high-energy, polished demeanor.
- Communication: Efficiently manage the flow of incoming calls and digital inquiries, ensuring every lead and client is directed to the right resource without delay.
- Calendar Management: Architect the team’s daily schedule, optimizing time-blocking for agents and coordinating high-priority meetings and appointments.
- Client Concierge: Provide "white-glove" support to buyers and sellers, delivering consistent status updates that eliminate closing-week anxiety and build lifelong rapport.
- Contract Integrity & Compliance: Execute rigorous audits of all contracts, addenda, and disclosures to ensure 100% accuracy and regulatory compliance before they hit the broker's desk.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary hub of communication between title companies, lenders, inspectors, and co-broke agents to ensure a frictionless path to the closing table.
- Milestone Tracking: Shield the team from risk by aggressively monitoring all critical contingencies—including EMD timelines, inspection periods, and appraisal deadlines.
- Logistics Coordination: Seamlessly schedule and confirm all essential field appointments, including inspections, appraisals, and final walk-throughs.
- Digital File Management: Maintain pristine, real-time transaction records within our compliance software, ensuring we are "audit-ready" at all times.
