Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Core Financial Operations: Manage day-to-day accounting workflows, including full-cycle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger maintenance to ensure data integrity.
• Treasury & Cash Management: Execute accurate bank reconciliations and maintain real-time monitoring of cash activity to support liquidity management.
• Month-End Leadership: Drive the month-end close process by preparing complex journal entries, performing account reconciliations, and delivering insightful variance analysis.
• Specialized Accounting Oversight: Direct inventory-related accounting and monthly reconciliations; coordinate payroll processing and ensure accurate related accounting entries.
• Financial Planning & Analysis: Actively contribute to organizational growth by providing key data for the budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable operational and financial reporting that supports business objectives.
• Process Innovation: Proactively identify and implement improvements to accounting processes and reporting tools to increase overall departmental efficiency.
