Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
- Pipeline Management: Manage a high volume of candidates (50+ requisitions) simultaneously without letting the candidate experience slip.
- Creative Sourcing: Use job boards, social media, community partnerships, and grassroots marketing to find talent where they live and work.
- Screening & Selection: Conduct phone screens and coordinate group interviews or "hiring events" to move candidates through the funnel quickly.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Work closely with Warehouse Managers to understand shift needs and provide daily updates on headcount.
- Data Integrity: Maintain an organized ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to ensure we have clean data for reporting on conversion rates and source effectiveness.
- Experience: 1-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume industries (Logistics, Retail, Hospitality, or Manufacturing).
- Speed & Efficiency: You thrive in fast-paced environments and can pivot quickly when hiring priorities change.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with ATS platforms (simpleVMS) and high-volume tools like automated texting or AI scheduling.
- Communication: You’re a "people person" who can build rapport with candidates.
