This is a floating position with part time hours.  The Client Services Associate or Mailroom Associate provides exceptional office and mail support by performing a range of operational duties. These include processing inbound and outbound mail, distributing deliveries, managing shipping and receiving of products and supplies, maintaining office inventory (such as pens, paper, and toner), and ensuring that copy and print equipment remains functional and well-stocked. The role also ensures that mailing equipment is properly maintained and fully operational in accordance with service agreements.

• Schedule: Floating hours role within standard operating hours
• Hours of operation: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Location: 170 West Election Road, Suite 125, Draper, UT 84020

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality customer service to employees through all forms of communication
• Receive, sort, and process incoming mail and packages using mail tracking or chain-of-custody systems (e.g., shipping platforms or postal services)
• Manage outgoing mail and package shipments, including daily mail collection and dispatch
• Coordinate with shipping vendors to ensure timely pickup and delivery of all outgoing items
• Perform shipping and receiving tasks for materials and supplies
• Notify employees upon receipt of incoming deliveries
• Distribute mail and packages to appropriate personnel
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to mail and shipping
• Maintain and support multifunction devices (printers/copiers), ensuring they are stocked and operational
• Submit service requests for equipment issues, including printers and mailing machines
• Monitor, replenish, and order office supplies as needed
• Assist with print, copy, and mail requests, and report equipment issues as necessary
