Responsibilities
- Perform 100% provider data reconciliation by validating, auditing, and updating information within provider information systems (AMISYS) to ensure data integrity.
- Support the end-to-end contract submission process, ensuring confirmation with Corporate standards and securing hardcopy or scanned contract images.
- Coordinate corporate-wide data verification processes for contracted providers and interface with credentialing staff to ensure all data systems remain congruent.
- Track and monitor provider compliance with contract deliverables, submission rules, and exception requests, communicating status updates to the Manager on a monthly basis.
- Maintain and routinely update contract databases and internal spreadsheets to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Collect, track, and compile statistical data to produce and distribute daily and monthly reports.
- Provide support to Contract Conferences and ensure appropriate internal controls are established to account for all contract documentation.
- Comply with all company policies and standards while performing other duties as assigned to support the health plan’s goals.
