Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

• Anodizing & Conversion: Lead Anodize Type I (Chromic), Type II (Sulfuric), and Type III (Hardcoat) operations. Execute Chromate (Alodine) and Passivation on stainless-steel alloys.
  
  
• Technical Analysis: Perform solution analysis and titrations to keep process tanks within limits.
  
  
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve process deviations and equipment issues to minimize scrap.
  
  
• Masking: Apply precise masking to complex parts to protect critical dimensions.
  
  
• Compliance: Maintain meticulous documentation per Nadcap and AS9100 requirements.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years in metal finishing (Aerospace preferred).
  
  
• Technical Mastery: Expert knowledge of Anodizing, Chromate, and Passivation.
  
  
• Lab Skills: Ability to perform chemical troubleshooting and solution analysis.
  
  
• Detail Oriented: Proficient at interpreting blueprints and process specifications.
  
  
• Physical: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift 35 lbs, and work with PPE.
