Key Responsibilities
- Inventory & Quality Management
- Inbound Oversight: Supervise the receiving of all inbound shipments, including HAZMAT, tooling, and inventory replenishment.
- Quality Assurance: Manage audit procedures to verify Part/Serial numbers, quantities, and shelf-life against traceability standards.
- System Integrity: Ensure accurate, timely logging of items in the computer system.
- Inventory Control: Direct staff in performing cycle counts, physical inventory, and monthly shelf-life audits.
- Damage Control: Enforce protocols for inspecting packages for damage and verifying waybills.
- Outbound Management: Direct daily shipping for parts, materials, and core returns.
- Documentation: Enforce standards for proper packaging and the preparation of shipping labels.
- Logistics Coordination: Manage address verification and arrange pick-ups with shipping vendors.
- Off-Peak Coverage: Ensure adequate team coverage during off-peak hours and weekends.
- Distribution: Oversee the efficient flow of materials to on-site technicians.
- Process Efficiency: Monitor team performance in "Pick, Pull, and Put Away" operations.
- Facility Maintenance: Direct the preparation of records and manage stockroom organization and housekeeping.
- Proven experience in warehouse supervision and team leadership.
- Ability to maintain strict adherence to Federal regulations and Company policies.
- Proficiency in inventory systems and logistics documentation.
- Flexibility to manage 3rd shift and off-peak operational needs

- Loss Prevention: Enforce protocols for damage inspection and waybill verification to ensure shipment integrity.
- Outbound Operations: Direct daily shipping activities, including professional packaging, labeling, and vendor coordination.
- Material Categorization: Supervise the segregation of parts, consumables, and core returns.
- Shift Coordination: Manage 24/7 coverage and coordinate local customer pickups or deliveries as needed.
- Team Supervision: Lead and monitor the efficiency of material handlers in all "Pick, Pull, and Put Away" processes.
- Resource Distribution: Ensure the timely delivery of parts and equipment to on-site technicians.
- Administrative Oversight: Direct the preparation of operational records and performance reports.
- Facility Management: Oversee stockroom organization, including shelving configuration and general housekeeping.
