- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in an HR Analyst or HR Generalist role. Prior experience within a manufacturing, distribution, or logistics environment is highly preferred.
- Technical Mastery: Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Macros) are mandatory.
- Systems: Hands-on experience with Tier 1 HRIS platforms such as Workday, UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group), or ADP Vantage.
- Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to not just "pull reports," but to tell a story with data that leads to effective business changes.

Responsibilities
- Workforce Analytics: Develop and maintain weekly dashboards for critical manufacturing KPIs, including Turnover Rate, Absenteeism, Overtime Spend, and Time-to-Fill.
- HRIS Management: Act as the site administrator for our HR Information System (HRIS) (Workday/UKG). This includes ensuring data integrity, troubleshooting system issues, and leading training for managers on self-service tools.
- Labor Compliance: Audit employee records to ensure 100% compliance with OSHA, FLSA, and industry-specific food safety (HACCP) training requirements.
- Compensation & Benchmarking: Conduct quarterly market analysis for the Charlotte region to ensure our production and skilled-trade wages remain competitive.
- Retention Strategy: Analyze exit interview data and "Stay Survey" results to provide leadership with root-cause analysis on staff attrition.
- Process Automation: Identify departmental "bottlenecks" in processes like onboarding or leave-administration and implement automated workflows to increase efficiency.
