We are representing a Top-Tier Global AEC Firm currently searching for a Proposal Manager for their Maryland operations. This is a leadership-track role managing high-stakes, multi-million dollar pursuits from start to finish. We are looking for a strategic storyteller who can lead a multi-disciplinary team through complex procurement processes and high-pressure deadlines. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end pursuits for high-value projects, ensuring all submittals are compliant and strategic.
• Partner with leadership to develop win themes and translate technical data into persuasive narratives.
• Direct visual strategy, overseeing sophisticated layouts and high-end graphic production.
• Manage cross-functional teams and partners to ensure all pursuit milestones are met.
• Maintain pipeline integrity and pursuit data within the company CRM.

Skills

Adobe InDesign (2 years of experience is preferred)

Adobe Illustrator (2 years of experience is preferred)

CRM

Proposal Management (4 years of experience is required)
